What works - and what can we learn from the more complex recruitment processes?
These questions set the scene for our latest Best Practice Network meeting on international workforce, sparking valuable conversations and knowledge-sharing among the participants.

The agenda included an introduction to talent intelligence, followed by an open exchange of experiences - from successful international recruitment to lessons learned from more complex hiring processes.
